    This is my 4th mustang and I'm loving it. It's been a road eater. It has 254,000 miles on it and still runs......all stock. I was laughing because it even still has the original shocks on it. It's a little rough....but who cares, it's a running fox. I have a newer 92 block that i'm putting gtp's...

    i don't remember which web site it is...but one of the transmission shops that advertises in MMFF and 5.0 has a chart that says what changed when.....anyways i remember that that tag someone mentioned above needs to have 169 somewhere on it to be the 300 ftlbs rated trannies that started getting...

    just get the frpp p50 headers...save yourself some grief. they are about $250. That's what i'm planning on using.

    Thanks for the reply. I should know the answer to this next question, but it's been a while since i've read about this specifically.....using the 1.7 rockers is essentially like adding lift to the cam, correct? It opens the valves further? J
