    I think it's actually 10 minutes of running time so the faster you are the more laps, clearly but if you have trouble avoiding traffic you won't do so well. :)

    Yep, I have a Whipple on my Cobra and it didn't take long for someone to bitch about it. Fortunately I was able to borrow a jacket, I wasn't aware of the rule. BTW - A single layer jacket is all you need through 10 seconds (and the cheapest).
