    I'm not certain about the 18's but I don't think most people don't have issues with 18's on a lowered car. As long as the total height and width of the tires are about the same it will be fine (you can find the specs of the tire on tireack.com or most manufactures' web sites)... and more...

    I'm pretty sure there is a switch on the e-brake handle itself that allows the top mechanism to work, it also also triggers the light...that would be the first thing I'd look at

    UPS trucks pre-date Mustangs with Flows ;) maybe it's because I'm old enough to remember when performance cars all had Cherry Bombs or "turbo" mufflers, but I don't like the "truck like" sounds of Flowmasters ;)

    I just had to remove the bolts, clean the holes and reassemble it to get rid of the popping noise on mine...but if I was paying someone to do the work I'd definitely replace he bushings too, no matter how the original parts looked...as long as your noise is gone you probably didn't get ripped off

    way back a million years ago and older mechanic taught me to always take off the hardest to get to bold first... outside of the frustration related issues; taking off the hardest to get to bolt first makes sure it has the least load on it possible, and it should make it as easy as possible to...
