    I had the same problem. Pull off your CAI at the throttle body, then give the throttle body a good cleaning. I had a little build up of air cleaner oil on and around the butterflies of the throttle body. that worked for me.

    You shouldn't need a smog check yet... Cars 6 years old and newer don't require smog checks. So you won't need to check it until 2013. I can't imagine anyone has had to smog an S197 in CA yet, unless you brought it in from another state... that might change the rules...

    Just another opinion (from the West Coast), 20's are too big for the Mustang. They draw attention away from the great lines of the body, and cause you to look at the disproportionately large wheels. Beyond that, the tires are WAY too thin. However, I'll agree that you got a great price on them.
