    yea you should be able to find them there but you might want to try and get them at a local car stereo store since it will usually be cheaper there then say circuit city or bestbuy

    you will need a rivet gun to put the rivets onto the new bumper if the new bumper doesnt have the support for the headlights you will need to take it out of your current bumper or get a new one. but only tools you need are rivets and rivet gun :)
