One note, the T-45 up to '98 used a mechanical speed sensor, the 99+ used an electron ic speed sensor. Ike

    Question about throttle body swap

I first tried using a good screw driver with no luck, then cut a slot in one screw using a cut off disk, unscrewed it with a flat head driver, that did not work on the second screw, so I just ground the whole head off. Ike

Is the Plenum install pretty straight forward?

It involves removing and replacing about a dozen screws, just make sure you don't drop anything down the intake, don't over tighten the screws on the intake (remember that it is made of plastic). If you are also changing out the throttle body be aware Ford uses ver strong locktite on the TPS...

    Where does

You need to jack up the rear of the car with the rear suspension unloaded (wheels hanging in the air) the pinion snubber is bolted to a small metal box, you must unbolt the metal box from the car to get to the nut on the back of the stock snubber. Basicly unbolt the metal box with stock...

How long did it take you guys to install springs

One note, you can drive your car with just the front or rear springs installed. When I did mine I had to drive mine for about a week with just the rear springs in due to bad weather rolling in earlier than expected. Ike

Anything special i need to know before changing throttle bodys?

The only really hard part is removing the TPS from the stock one, the locktite Ford uses on the screws is some real strong stuff and the screws are phillips heads. I was able to get one of mine off by cutting a flat slot into it, the other I ended up grinding the whole head off. Ike

99 35TH ANNIV HOOD SCOOP diff from 01???

Ford had a problem with the 35th anniversary scoops coming off, so they added more screws to the '01 style, I am not sure on the specifics of the size difference. Ike

    Buddy's 4.6 NEED's HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you are wrong on return/returnless fuel system, the Mustang did not get a returnless fuel system until '99, I doubt any other 4.6 cars had it much sooner. Ike

    SOHC to Mach 1 engine???

Just a note here, there is a lot of talk in this thread about stronger internals. This may or may not be true, but there was a thread here a while back pointing out that only the manual transmission Mach's have the forged crank, the automatic transmssions ones don't (Ford cutting cost on us...

Steeda Timing Adjustor and U/D Pulleys

You might be able to remove the alternator pulley bolt with a strap wrench holding it in place, if you have one you could always try it and see, it only takes a couple of minutes to remove the belt from the alernator. If not most auto parts stores have electric impact wrenches they will loan...
