    Damn i getting scared now.....I'm planning on takin the stangmobile to the track for the first time this spring. I dont think i'd be too mad getting a bad time im just worried i'd do something stupid like line up at the wrong place or something like that.

    Have you ever ridden in a blown 5.0? :shrug: I'm not knockin the 2.3 at all Im just saying I wouldnt go swappin out a 5.0 for one.

    Bring it to a shop.....if you just recharge it now you still have all the moisture from the air in the lines. A shop will pretty much vacuum all that out before refilling it.

    Master Cylinder Fittings

    Does anyone happen to know what size the sn95 master's fittings are? Im putting in a cobra one but have to order some adapters since they're reversed from the gt ones.

    Yeah i just used RTV but it really is pretty easy. Maybe 15-20 minute job tops.

    Cool i did pretty much the same with mine.....offroad x with stock mufflers and it really does sound great. Everyone is suprised when i tell them its with stock mufflers.

    I started to do this to a 92 lx and from experiance.....save yourself the trouble and definately find a donor car. There's always some stupid bolt or some piece thats just impossible to find by itself. And hopefully your coupe is a 5spd to begin with cause swapping the pedals is a real pain in...

    I searched around here yesterday and couldnt find a length for this combo on an sn95. So i did my own dirty work and for anyone considering this mod the belts about 80'' long with udp's.

    UCA / LCA Bushings, Replace all with Poly?

    On my old LX i changed all to poly except the UCA to axle mount cause i heard the same thing about it binding up. Unfortunately the car has no engine so it hasnt been run since then.

    5 lug conversion questions?

    For the spindles try to get ones from a 94-95. 96+ ones work but they push the wheel out something like a half inch on each side so if you're gonna run like a 17x8 or 17x9 it'll probably rub. I did it all on my '92 using sn95 junkyard stuff and it came out great and i think cost me less then $500.

    If ya really want a smoke show afterwards.....have it suck about half the can in slowly and then just flood it out with the rest. Let it sit for like an hour and then start it up. I did this to my girlfriends escort and it looked like the neighborhood was on fire.

    Oh thats a fun one.....i pretty much beat the **** out of it with a big hammer to get it out. You might try usin like a ball joint press though.

    Also to run low boost (like <8psi) you dont really need an intercooler.....so that cuts down on alot of extra piping.

    Yes, the computer still uses it to determine barometric pressure.
