    Do Roller Idler Arms work?

Roller idler arms make a very noticable difference. I picked mine up from ORP and have been very happy.

'66 Mustang 4 spd to T5, now want tremec

No mods to the tranny tunnel. Just adjusted the pinon angle on the rear end. A lot less work IMO.

'66 Mustang 4 spd to T5, now want tremec

Funny, Last time I came through the traps at Firebird Raceway at 110 MPH, my TKO wasn't shaking too much. Guess my last 10 years with a TKO has been all luck...

    Roller springs perches

Alignment specs are a good baseline for all years. Those looking for more can tweak things to suit their needs. For instance, I actually run -2.0 camber (and +3.0 caster) as I'm not worried about tire wear as traction is far more important to me.

    Roller springs perches

Probably the BEST suspension you can make on a classic Mustang to eliminate suspension binding. Helps both daily drivers, drag races and road racers. What's not to love?

Minor tire rub with new wheels/tires

No offense, but I could have told you there would be tire rub with only 3.75" backspacing and a tall tire like a 225 60 15. Drop that front tire down to a 225 50 and you'll reduce rub and have a better handling car. You'll probably still need to roll the front fender though with the 3.75"...

Yet another wheel/tire fit thread...not a common rim though

I would recommend a 225 50 tire. I run 16x8 rims, but use no shims for my alignment. This also provides more clearance, which is essencial for 245 45 tires up front.

    Mustangs Unlimited got me....

65fastbackresto, It isn't that your post is unusable, just that it isn't tech. While I may or may not recommend vendors, I have yet to start a thread about one.

    Tire?

If I hadn't gone to 16" rims I would have done 225 50 15s. With the right stance it would look killer. Here's proof:

    question about wheels

You probably saw part of the axle. It will clear your rims.

    question about wheels

Rear drums, or disc for that matter don't have hubs! You can use the same rim front and rear....

    question about wheels

You made a good purchase going with discbrakeswap.com. Any aftermarket rim is designed to work with the larger hub, you're worring a lot over nothing. Besides, even if you have rims that doesn't clear the hub the rotor can be turned down to clear. I recommend looking for a set of 15x7 rims...

    Suspension upgrade in progress

What is the backspacing of your rims? That is probably the source of your rubbing.
