    Auto to Manual

Yes, the site is dead for some reason. I'm going to have to look into this. The swap takes about a weekend and it's not a bad job. I'll see what I can do to get it up and running over the next few days.

    New Ford Blue Color

Yeah, I'm waiting for a guy to return them from another forum. He's been dragging his a$$ on getting them back to me, but I can hook you up. The Ford blue on the newest valve covers is a little brighter like you said, but old Ford blue is just as cool and very brite. On the valve covers what...

Hurst Billet Shifter - Latest edition

No, it's a roll pin that keeps coming out. I didn't see it yet, but I'm sure he'll be around sometime soon asking me to look at it and come up with a solution.

2007 Shelby GT- Super charger advice.

Since you rarely tach up past 3500 rpm's a centrifugal is out of the question. If you are looking for bang for the buck I suggest the Edelbrock E-Force which uses the new TVS design. This sucker has great low end torque...stump pulling torque and the price is right. Just save ALL PARTS that come...

Hurst Billet Shifter - Latest edition

My buddy has the billet Hurst and there's a roll pin that keeps coming out under the shifter and leaves him with no shifter use at all. Save your money and buy the MGW. You won't look back. Mines one of the first beta models and it's still super quiet and hitting third gear without letting off...

how many of you have pulled the engines from your car?

The modular engines are easy to disassemble, but require expensive tools and machine shop equipment to assemble properly. They have WAY tighter tolerances than any pushrod engine. You could build one with ease at home as long as you don't plan on throwing too much power at it. The bigger the...

    Fluctuating oil pressure

It's hard to say. Was it maxed out when the engine was cold? I have a true mechanical Autometer oil pressure gauge and at a cold start it's near 70 lbs, then when warmed up it's at 55-60 lbs cruising and close to 40 at idle.

Water leaking in. Where is it coming in from?

On the outside of the car, remove the plastic panel behind the firewall near the windshield and wipers. Under that panel is a drain hole that gets clogged with dirt and leaf debris. While you're in there replace the cabin filter.

Help with Long Tube Header Install

All headers are a bit different, but I have installed the JBA's on mine. You can do it in a few hours. You'll have to unbolt the steering rack and shift it I believe on the driver's side. The right header is a little worse and I may have had to jack that side of the engine up a bit. It's been a...

Mutha Thumpr stage II install - cam lock outs

The more basic your car is right now, the better an emailed tune will be. If you already have several other mods it makes the chance of an emailed tune working good less. Anytime you install any aftermarket cams you really should get a dyno tune from a pro. There's just too much little crap that...

Mutha Thumpr stage II install - cam lock outs

That's BS! I've installed several sets of these cams and used the wedge. it gets stuffed down into the cover and wedges the both sides of the chain outward and just plain locks it in place. After that, you just remove the cam and sprocket. Of course, you do have to mark the chain and sprocket so...

    Magnaflow issues.....

I ran into the same thing last year. I sold my buddy my Magnaflow mufflers (from catback system) and they wouldn't line up. We had to swap catback pipes too.

    2007 5 speed hard shifting

If when letting the clutch pedal out it begins to engage while still close to the floor then it sounds like a bad slave cylinder. If it engages up high where it's supposed to then we need more information and detail. These hydraulic systems do a fairly good job of self bleeding. If there's air...
