    4-lug wheel spacers?

Still, no facts, just "this guy did it and his wheel broke off." I just want facts to make an informed decesion and others can do the same.

    4-lug wheel spacers?

Again, do you have the thread documenting this? I drove 100-300 miles with a tow dolly with three missing lug nuts and two almost off with my 01 Bullitt on the dolly and the wheel did not fall off (the wheel, bearing was destroyed however) and I witnessed a guy attempt to break his wheel off...

    lowering springs?

For "B" springs I don't think that the 7/8" front, 1/2 rear drop is accurate. I didn't measure my car precisely but it seemed like a 1 1/4" drop on the front. i just installed the "B" springs and think that they are ideal for a street driven car, the drop is perfect, no bottoming and the...

    Help! Wheel hop? (need experts)

turns out the new shocks and quads destroyed the bushings in the control arms (Summit brand). I replaced with Motorsport HD uppers and have Pro3i lowers on the way. Also, the new upper control arms substantially improved the ride, I didn't realize that the control arms played such a big role...

    Rear Strut Tower Brace Installation???

I installed one on my 91 Hatch. It was pretty simple, just a couple of drilled holes. Its important to leave everything loose until all the bolts have been started, then you can cinch everything down. The other tricky part is cutting the shock covers so that they still fit but cover the...

    Help! Wheel hop? (need experts)

I just installed new rear Tokico shocks, "B" springs and Gabriel Quad Shocks. The car has 255 Nexen tires. After installing the springs and shocks the car has developed a loud "thump, thump thump" in first and second gear under hard accerleration. I can feel the the thump in the center console...

Interior Swap Possible "Without" too much mods?

I didn't try with the 95 rear seat, I just decided to switch the cover over. From what I've read i think that making the 95 rear seat frame fit is about as much work as making the cover fit on the original seat frame.

Interior Swap Possible "Without" too much mods?

1991 Hatchback I put cloth front seats out of a 95 and they bolted in with no mods. For the rear seat, I removed the cover from the 95 rear seat and installed the 95 cover on the original 91 rear seat frame. The seat backs fit well and the seat bottom fits decent with the bottom corners being...

Need Tokico/KYB strut opinions (buying today)

Who has first hand experience with the blue tokico versus the cheap KYB. Are the Tokico's worth another $80? These are going on a 91 Hatch Sunday driver with Ford "B" springs. I'm only looking for a replacement that rides/handles decent I just don't want to buy the KYB's and be...

    beeping behind radio

I noticed that mine stopped beeping when I replaced the airbag light bulb in the cluster. I guessed that the beeping is a back up to the light. After I replaced the bulb I had a blinking light which I covered up with a picture of my girl. After I lived with this I fixed the problem.

    Tranny/Differential fluid change trick

Thought I'd pass this along to others. I just replaced the fluid in my T-5 and diff with Royal purple (much smoother shifting) with a twist. I used a 12V electric oil change pump used for changing the oil in boats. I inserted the inlet in the new oil and the outlet into the tranny/diff. It...

Fuel line connectors and JB Weld?

JB weld will work and you can also buy a two part epoxy for fuel tanks which I've used and works great, you just have to get the area clean and dry.

How to weld new O2 sensor Bung?

the hole should be just slightly larger than the threads of the bung, I would also thread a bolt covered in antiseize into the hole while welding so that no weld splatter gets on the threads which would a huge mess.
