    I can't listen to your file but I also have a slight chirping noise with the clutch engaged (pedal released). I asked a Ford tech about it and he had me slightly depress the clutch which stopped the noise. He suggested it might be the throw-out bearing.. Just an idea.

    I understand the cost effectiveness of it, I am just referring to the arguement used to validate it. The problem is that many people just don't have the $5k cash to get it done. If I could have had it as a dealer installed option financed with the car it would have been a no brainer.

    I got mine from Mustang Tuning and they fold it (not literally folded, more like bent). All you need to do is let it sit for 24 hours and and it straightens out.

    They reduce the parasitic (sp?) loss from your pulley driven accessories. Driving those pullies takes away hp. By changing the diameter, the pulleys turn more slowly, requiring less power.

    Pro. 5 vs. MGW Shifter

    Fifth will be a bit of an issue with any short throw. The fact that you can angle it towards you definately helps. I have the "Cruiser" handle and at 5'11" don't have a reach problem, even with my abnormally short "T-Rex" arms :rolleyes: .

    Unless you hit your brakes HARD right before the line I don't see how that is possible. How can you hit 73 mph at the 1/8 but only 77 at the 1/4? So you only accelerated 4 mph in an eighth of a mile? It had to be a system error by the track.

    I agree with HotMustang, you're 60' seems a little high considering 4.10's and your other mods.. Are you spinning off the line? You could probably improve by a few tenths, not that I could do better :p .

    It is. They tried the FRPP headers and the Kooks. Based on the article my impression was that the internals were not necessarily for the FRPP setup but because they new they were going to go a little more extreme in the future.
