    Novi 1000, to buy or not to buy...

    Quiet is a bonus with me! Sometimes I take it for an hour or drive just to have some fun, and I think that cruising down the road and hearing a lot of noise would get old really quick. Even my exhaust gets on my nerves after cruising in 5th awhile, love it in the lower gears though. :D

    I should probably give the reason I asked this. When I had my old pump I had a severe pressure drop when I hit the throttle, back when I had 24# injectors. Then I upgraded to the 255lph BBK pump and FMS 30# injectors, also new fuel filter. Now when I hit the gas I still see a pressure drop...

    It'd be cool if I don't have to change them. Since I have the GT-40 intake with a 3/8 spacer I don't think I'd have any clearance problems though.

    For the Hood I'd go Cervinis. I have their Stormin Normin 2.5 cowl and it's fully worked over and finished off very nicely, under side and everything! Beautiful opening in front and very clean professional vents in back! Awesome!

    Anybody know if my stock fuel rails are handling my mods ok, or if an aftermaket set would make a difference? My sig. has my major mods. Any suggestions on which rails would be best or where to get them? Thanks!

    which alum heads are a close to stock bolt on?

    AFR 165's cause I love mine! They tromp all over my buddies edlebrocks! He still beats me, but only because he has a stroker 347. My 302 with AFR's keeps up a LOT better than you'd think for a 302 vs 347!

    Now why did nobody tell me about this when I was getting them?? They don't cost much more than the BBK's do, I would have gotten these!!! Anybody ever grind out their subfram connectors to install ones????? :shrug:

    3.73 are the bomb! BUT, I highly suggest Traction Bars to go with them! Subframe connectors will save you a lot of twisting damage too. The thing with changing gears is that they boost your torque so much that unless you add the traction bars the Stang becomes really squirelly on you. You...
