    HID?

I can recommend the HID kit from Retrosolutions. High quality and lifetime warranty, and plug & play. Also, If you do not have the black cap/cup thing over the bulb, Retrosolutions has an option of a coating over the end of the tube that does the same thing. This helps not to blind oncoming...

All Weather Floor Mats for Winter

Yea, I had the Weather Tech Best Fit mats in my '06 GT. They caused the accelerator pedal to stick wide open. Replaced with the custom fit Ford winter mats. Problem solved.

Brake rotor surface rust around the hub

I thought the Centric to be better than the stock rotors. I would definitely replace the pads at that time too.

Brake rotor surface rust around the hub

You might be able to steel wool the area, mask off the disc and paint the hub area. When I replaced my rear rotors, I went with Centric rotors (from Tirerack). Centric rotors are powder coated around the edge of the disc and the hub area.

    1 piece spark plugs

Running boost, you're probably limited to using only Brisk plugs. They're not platinum, so they will have a relatively short life span. They are also very pricey. Some that use them love them, others have had some problems.

    Spark Plugs for 06 GT

I am using the 1 piece Champions. Have had them in for about 40K miles without any issues. Just be sure not to get any anti-seize on the firing end - this will short out the plug and cause a miss. Best of luck. :nice:

    Spark Plugs for 06 GT

Here is the TSB number: 08-7-6 SPARK PLUG REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS Look it up and read it. With only 21K miles, you shouldn't have much of a problem getting the old ones out. I'd suggest getting a good penetrant such as Aero Kroil. Are you going to go back with a stock heat range or something...

    Spark Plugs for 06 GT

If I were you, I'd change them right now. The sooner, the less chance of breaking one or more off. I'd still follow the TSB procedure and be sure to use nickel anti-seize on the smooth barrel below the threads when you put the new ones in. Are you going with a 1 piece plug?

    Replace Shocks & Struts?

There are two ways to look at it. Your daily commuter car is something you use EVERY DAY, why not spend a couple of bucks more and make every day more enjoyable while you drive. Also, Konis will probably last the life of your car. Just a thought.

    Replace Shocks & Struts?

I changed the struts & shocks on my '06 GT 'vert to Koni STR.Ts along with GT500 upper strut mounts. Great results. Car drives & handles like a dream. I used my OE springs.

Did the 2005s have any bugs?

Air bubbles build up around fuel pickup after a period of time on cruise control. Spark plugs stick and separate during removal. Do a search on TSBs.

    New 2005 GT

I would ask if the plugs have been changed. There is that pesky little spark plug issue. If it's a dealer, maybe you can get them to put in a new set before you buy it.

How do I calculate tire rev/mile?

I think Tire Rack has a chart on their web sight with that information.
