    I think all the Saker 500 head units are the same, basically. I have an '06 GT 'vert. I got one off Ebay from an '08 Mustang and it plugged right in. Minor differences like chrome on the knob, slightly different menues, but it worked exactly the same.

    Good choice on the MGW shifter. The very best! You'll get little to nothing from a drop in K&N filter. and they don't filter as well.

    One thing -- You want to loosen the old plug no more than 1/8 turn when you spray the Seafoam stuff in around the base. If you don't slightly lift the plug off it's seat the Seafoam can't get past the seat & wick down to get to the carbon. Good luck Bro! Take your time.

    K&N cold air intake

    I have the K&N Aircharger CAI setup on my '06 GT. It's OK, but I doubt it is the best for max HP. From what I read, the CAI/tuner package from Brenspeed is the best bang for the buck. :)
