    I'd go get the front end checked out as soon as you can. Even potholes can sometimes knock stuff out of alignment or even damage steering/suspension component's..

    I doubt it's bad... The odds of a bad computer are pretty rare.. It can happen though, if the user's got decent feedback I doubt there will be a problem..

    Yeah, it actually does "throw" itself off... When the spout connecter is plugged back in, then the computer is controlling the timing of the engine.. You can only set the base timing of the engine (spout connecter out), other then that the computer is in full control of advance/retard..

    I've gotta '92 5.0L f-150 and it's doing something VERY strange... When I move the distributor like you would when you set the timing/advance, the engine is off, and the key on, it will at a certain spot trigger the fuel pump to prime... Which to me is very abnormal, I wiggled the wires and...

    Well what exactly are you doing here??? In some cases you can totally cut everything off thats attached, if your swapping motors, sometimes, which makes it so much easier... Explain what your doing..

    Luggage rack removal....

    I just drilled out the rivets and pulled it all off including the 3rd brake light.... Filled the holes, sanded smooth, and had it painted.. Looks like what it should've stock :D

    Why does everyone on here think.....

    It's not really the weight as much as body rigidity for alot of people. Even with a good cage and through the floor sub-frames. It still won't be as solid as a hatch or notch with the same mods... I do love my vert though.. :nice:

    ndmp40's bottom end is so strong because the stock intake and small tb. It allows the air to come in super fast at lower rpm (and still prolly isn't using the heads to max) and just chokes the motor for air at higher rpm.. Besides we all know what cures a weak low end or a lumpy as hell cam...

    check this " running hot" problem out...

    Did you make sure the water pump is flowing in the right direction? Reserve rotation pumps can get you. They should read "Can be made reserve rotation" lol...
