    http://www.corral.net/tech/gearcalc.html make sure your getting the right rpms, i dont know how acurate your tach really is.... i have pretty much the same stuff as you give or take a couple of items, and i was pushing ~215rwhp/290rwtq before i added the explorer/cobra intake combo....

    i was on the freeway in 5th doing around 70mph (seriously) it popped out of 5th, and would not grab if i put it back, so i put it in 4th and drove home.... after 5th let go, the tranny was completely silent like nothing was wrong with it.... but i think i felt a little binding before impact...

    when my tranny let go i lost everything 'cept 4th (driving home was fun, kinda glad i was on the freeway).. with the clutch engaged i can slip in and out off all the gears, 4th grinds until the input shaft stops spinning (shot syncro) and engages fine.... should i rebuild it or just pick up...

    Mass Air Conversion Gone Bad

    check the signal return voltage on all of the sensors: black wire on the tps, egr, bap/map....i scored an a9l and that signal wire from the eec was bad....then i scored an a9s swapped it and it was magic... make sure power and ground is getting through the EEC properly. just my $0.02....

    i have heddman shorties:bbx orx and original flow 40s: stock cam.....but the thing is the flows are 3" in/out, so i put 3" dump tips when i put the xpipe on so the sound is deep, it sets of alarms at idle.... what if i change one tip back to 2.5" and mix the sound? i have a clip too, but its not...
