    I think it may shift a little bit softer if you reuse your original bushings if they fit. If you choose to try the OEM ones from your existing shifter tell us how it feels.

    +1 I just finished Installing My Hurst shifter. It looks great and just fits with the styling of the car I have no problems with any gear. I heard that 2 to 3 was a Problem, but I was able to row the gears without missing a beat.
