    there is an e-bay seller that sells pre-cut tint any shade for just about any make and model. my son bought a pre-cut kit for his car and he installed it by himself using the instructions sent in a couple hours with no problems for about $30.00.it looks great..i could not believe it.

    did you use the trans. speed sensor that was connected to your old tranny or did you use the sensor that was on the t-bird tranny?also what size rear end gears do you have?

    should last as long as the clutch and should be replaced with a new clutch install..what kinda cable are you using and do you have an alum. quadrant and/or firewall adjuster alot of times improper adjustment of the cable causes premature throwout bearing failure.

    yes, the vent baffles if removed cause this problem alot of times..and yes there is a screen under the pcv valve that might need cleaning and or replacing. you cannot see it with the motor or intake in the car but you can use a paper clip and bend the end into a L shape and fish the screen out...

    oil leakage??

    did you notice if the underside of the valve covers had the vent baffles removed...sometimes these are removed to allow for rocker arm clearance and will cause the symptoms you talk about.
