    Noise coming from my transmission....

Am I crazy to think that you should never ever be doing 15mph in 4th gear?

    Noise coming from my transmission....

OK, now you've officially crossed over into troll status on this board, imo. I had my suspicions, but admitting to driving 10mph in 4th gear...wtf? I did some research and found you posting the exact same posts on other mustang boards. No way you are for real with all this crap.

    Aluminum hood oxidation

Well, whatever your next car is may very well have the same issue, in addition to other problems inherent with that car. I'd pay 250, get it painted and sell it when you're ready. The dealer grinding and sanding on my hood wouldn't really bother me I don't think.

Why is the under body of new Mustangs all rusted?

I'm guessing that's a new cost cutting industry standard.

    2012 5.0 engine recall?

Amen and glad I went that route myself.;) Can't imagine still being stuck in a SN95...and paying 20k+ to do it.

    2012 5.0 engine recall?

The Terminator is still just a tired, old, platform of a car with a great engine. It's badass, but it's a brutal ride compared to the S197's. Like riding in a go-kart. Not to mention, nice stock to mild modded Terminators are increasingly hard to find. I looked for about 4 months before I...

    2012 5.0 engine recall?

Apples to oranges. Only thing they really have in common is they are both made by Ford. 2 completely different cars top to bottom.

What type of gas do you use?

I didn't expect the owner's manual to recommend premium without a tune, but they do. "Octane recommendations (5.0L V8 engine) Your vehicle is designed to run on regular fuel with an octane rating of 87 (R+M)/2 or higher. For best overall performance, premium fuel with an octane rating of...

Finally Back in a Mustang GT! (2005 Convertible GT)

Yeah, screw that. I don't drive mine in inclement weather, but I don't get any enjoyment out of it sitting. If it's nice out, I want to drive it. Driving it makes me smile.;)

That thing is practically brand new. Nothing at all wrong with an automatic.

what gear do u drive in

Going 60 in 5th I have plenty of pull to pass cars. I think I'm running around 2200rpms or so at that point, no need to downshift. I think some people might want to think they are driving in a video game.;)

What would you recommend I get for mods?

seriously dude...if your asking for tune mods, you need a cai and a performance tune. My suggestion is that you do nothing, and read the **** out of this forum back a few months. That's the only way to increase your knowledge from being clueless.
