hooking directly up with jumpers and battrie

If your using a fan that doesnt draw much power, you could probably get away with doing that. BUT.. It would probably be in your best interest to use a relay. The size of your fan depends on how big to use. A 30 would probably get the job done, but cant be certain unless the fan your using is...

    TF stage 2 cam v. B303

Instead of picking a cam that may sound "nastier, " why not pick one that will better work with what you have.

    Aftermarket C-Clips?!

Ive never heard of a c clip breaking. What usually happens is that the axle itself will break. So no matter what the c-clip is made of, it aint gonna hold thte axle from sliding out. Thats why you should switch to eliminators or 9" ends if you plan on running in the 11s

Opening up the collector to 3" on BBK longtubes?

Mike, keep checking out the classifieds, especially the NMRA boards. I picked up a set of brand new coated 1 7/8 kooks for 550. Then i traded them off for a set of used 1 3/4-1-7/8 stepped stainless Bassanis and cash. The deals are out there if you look for them.

I used to have a 12 rib on my old p600b. I think it used a bracket setup from one of the bigger blowers though.

A/C, to delete or not to delete?

i disagree with the hacksaw..... Buy the tool. If you ever do a motor swap, you'll end up using them anyways. And theyre not very expensive. If you use the tool and pull the stuff out, you still have the option of putting it back on. You said it yourself, its difficult to find a complete AC...

A/C, to delete or not to delete?

I used the FMS bracket too. Plain and simple, i never used my AC. I just put the fan on and/or open the window. I saw no need to keep somethin ill never use.

    Extended clutch forks for scattershields

Putting the actual fork on is no big deal. The biggest PITA is just getting the tranny to go back in. Ive found it takes a bit more jiggling compared to a T5. I foret who makes my fork... Might be Pro motions...

    McLeod or Lakewood Bell Housing??

I had one small problem with the Mcleod. I had to grind some material away on the "dust shield" I only had to do that because the weight from my flywheel was touching in a few spots. Took a few minutes with the angle grinder. No biggy, at least not for me. My bbk 1 3/4 cleared every part of...

    Dart Blocks

DSS uses a stock roller block.... The Boss block has 4 bolt mains. Two completely different pieces. Going cheap aint fast. If you want a big inchg stroker, the easiest and "cheapest" will be a 351 based piece, 393, 408 and so on. A 351 block shouldnt have any problems handling 600 horse

    Dart Blocks

Its plain and simple, like Rick said, ITS A STOCK BLOCK. Ever hear the saying you can polish a turd........ How DSS claims 40+ hp over a "stock" stock block is beyond me. They simply dont have the metal where its needed and are going to crack down the middle, whether or not you hav one of their...

    Zero Balance Windsor crankshaft?

It was to the other guy, not you. But a search may have been useful ;) To go to zero , you usually need a bunch of mallory to get it there, which adds up pretty quickly. And for most people, the extra cost doesnt really justify going neutral. 28 will be fine and usually cheaper. For a...

I ordered my Vortech SQ S Trim!
