    Paid 9k for mine got it at a dealer ship though. I think the 4v is so much better than a 2v.

    I say 96-98 cobra, if your going to get a newer stang it whould cost the same as a 99+ And I have a 95 gt and it's slow. Thats why i bought a cobra 4v :hail2:

    Don't swap! 94-95 are great cars cause of the 5.0 leave it alone. I wanted a DOHC so I went and bought a 96 already has the cabra hood, bumber,brakes,rims all that good stuff.

    Do 2v 4.6's in the 96-98 have more HP potential than a 5.0?

    I have a 4v and 5.0 both pertty much stock.. and the 4v feel' faster in every RPM!

    passed up a stang for this...

    I like :) Put some 24's (or bigger)on for sure and maybe air bag's and that whould be one bad ass ride!
