    That is what I was thinking. I have always liked the Lightning MAFS, but never wanted to spend the $$ for a chip to run one. This seems like a cool alternative. Can the MAF gurus step in and let me know if this seems like a good idea.

    I saw a bigger decrease in temp. with my taurus e-fan than with my fluidyne aluminum rad. Put them together and goodbye cooling problems. If you have a stock alternator or u/d pulleys, hello charging problems.

    Its nowhere near as busy as Sundays. Thats when all the rices likes to play. Fridays there are a lot of muscle cars. You do get your ET(no 60ft/mph), but no slip. Albuquerque is about .3 tenths quicker than DD.

    At DD don't waste you time with DRs, no prep on the track=no traction. Full slick or nothing. So Are you going out tomorrow?

    Felpro 1250 Intake Gaskets Are Trash!!

    I also haven't had any problem with the 1250, but I haven't had them on for more than a couple of years. I guess time will tell.

    installing a upper and lower intake

    Using guides is a great idea. I now use them for headers, vavle covers and anything else I can. Remember on the last torque sequence to redo it a few times. I usually do it 5 times to get all the bolts reading @ 20 ft lbs, then after a few heat cycles check them.
