    i have it in my 3650 havent been able to drive it though much because of the weather so i cant give you an accurate description of how it feels i have the syncromesh friction modifyed stuff in mine.

    I was wondering if anyone has used a solid pinion spacer verses a standard cruch sleeve when setting up new gears. I hear solid is the way to go. Any input would be greatly appreciated. :D

    Great post.. Points well taken however i tried them all and when cold they do nothing for shifting performance in my 03.. it doesnt grind at all just very poor shift feel. i shift first 2 third when cold i double clutch when cold i cant stand it im putting the new gm syncromesh friction...

    3650 fluid Here is what i dont get... Tremic told me to use dextron III or mobil1 Synthetic atf at a 3.2qt level. yet all there emails and contacts with people say do not use synthetic fluid. personally i think they either have stock in Mobil 1 or they dont know what the hell they are talking...

    if you are going to drag race, the auto trans is the most consistant. shifting a 5 speed is slowly becoming a thing of the past at the strip. :rolleyes:

    tryed the dextron III in my 03 3650 made no difference tryed a mix or redline d4atf and dextron III made shift feel less consistant now i am going to try the new gm synchromesh friction modifyed ill let you know how that works out.
