    Re Sealing the water pump

If you live near a nissan dealer, get a tube of the 1207c Nissan Orange Silicone...it's orange (duh), and it's kinda expensive, but it's worth it. If not, I would go with blue...

    Rebuild old T5 w/ g-force internals?

right...$2k and you get an all new unit, but i think you have to use your old bellhousing. I would stay with the 3.73 and get the .59:1 OD gear...that will leave your launch the same and you would be turning about 500 rpm less at any given speed in 5th they will rebuild yours for about $1200

    Fuel Pump Size..asap

it's like a garden hose....you can have all the water in the hose but according to how hard you squeeze the nozzle (fuel pressure regulator) denotes the amount that actually comes out

    Rebuild old T5 w/ g-force internals?

i've heard they can hold up to 600 rwhp...three prices $999 for the gearset, $1199 if u ship yours and they do it, or $1999 for a new unit...i would opt for the higher ratio OD (.59:1) so you could make 4.10's streetable :D :D or u could wait till they do a T56 upgrade

    Fuel Pump Size..asap

If you get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator you should be ok with the larger pump...it will take a little tuning, but you shouldn't overload the injectors that way :nice:

    Alternator problems!!!

You can have it professionally rebuilt or you can buy one...you can find ads in any mustang mag. Your underdrive pullies aren't helping any. Mine was fine before I put the pullies on, but now I have a drop in voltage when at idle with lights on. :nonono:

    Is .060 to much for a 302?

.060 is probably a bit much... semi-interesting :OT: story.... I was working at Advance Auto Parts and one day this crackhead looking guy came in, wanting to buy some carb float scales. His story was that he was balancing the floats on a Holley 1100 double pumper he was putting on a Ford...

What will cause vibrations above 4k rpm?

another way to check is to put it in neutral when you reach where it starts vibrating on the road...if the wheels are going 80 and the engine is only spinning 800 rpm and you still have a vibration, then your driveshaft is warped or missing a counterweight. :nice:

What will cause vibrations above 4k rpm?

I had the same problem after replacing the gears, and it turned out to be the driveshaft. I replaced it with an aluminum shaft and the vibration disappeared. Does it vibrate if youre in park/neutral and rev it up to 4k? If not, then i would go with the shaft...if it does vibrate in park, it's...

    JunkYard Horsepower/Upgrades?

Another junkyard upgrade is always an electric fan from a taurus, sable, V-6 mustang, or lincoln mark VIII. These can give you up to 15 more rwhp...and help cooling too. Just get a 30 amp relay, wire them up to a temp sensor or to a switch, and you're good to go...if you get the mark VIII fan...
