    What will the Ricers think?

I wonder if he's on NewTiburon.com? I know the fastest N/A guy on there is making ~210-220whp and is running a 14.1 or so, IIRC. In fact, he's selling the car, last time I checked. I guess I could see where that guy's from and see if it's the same guy.

    What will the Ricers think?

Really? Any clips? My 3.8 certainly is no V8, but I can't see a 2.7L Tib sounding as good. I guess it's subjective, though. For Comparison, 3.8L Exhaust Clip But anyway, it'll be interesting to see the power the new V8 Tib ends up making and the price point it's at. Competition...

02 MUSTANG V6 AUTO CAI QUESTION "FEEDBACK APPRECIATED"

There are certainly many variables to consider, but on the same Roush-owned Dyno, in similar weather, my '00 5-speed V6 picked up ~5whp between peak hp with the only change being the switch from a K&N w/ no silencer to a BBK CAI. Will EVERYONE's car make ~5whp more with a CAI over a K&N w/o...

CAST YOUR OPINON HERE!! mustang accessories

    1. No, on the hood pins. No reason for them, and they rarely even end up looking good. 2. Yes, on the Foglights, if you like them and/or they're useful 3. Yes, on the CAI... and, despite what conventional wisdom would say, in my experience, a CAI is worth several horsepower over just...

Tires on for 03 Cobras after my 5 lug swap (255's all around?)

'04 Cobra Spindles... Fuzion ZRi 275's on 17x9 10th Anniversary Cobra rims I get some rubbing when turning, but it honestly doesn't bother me that much. BTW, no fender rolling, spacers, anything. It might be hard to tell exactly how it sits relative to the fender, but it doesn't stick...

    3.8L Ideas and tips

I don't know anything about emissions, but I'd say save your money to go towards something like gears/t-loc or something else rather than spend money on the shorty headers. The gains from shorties are generally pretty minimal. Also, with regard to shifters, the majority of Mustang owners...

    Muffler and Springs???

Well, it comes down to personal preference. I don't want my car to be REALLY loud anyway, so I think the take-offs offer a decent increase in volume while still keeping the rasp down. Most "loud" V6's I've heard sound like complete crap... usually OK @ or near idle, but wind them up, and they...

    Adding speed to 3.8 v6

I think it's the angle of the video... Doesn't look like there are any clearance problems here... And, no, he doesn't bang them on speedbumps all the time ;) Yeah, 14.3 might be possible w/ full bolt-ons, stall, DR's, suspension... I just don't recall anybody getting anywhere near...

    Adding speed to 3.8 v6

Like christtorres said, no reason to spend money on a huge MAF system / CAI unless you're going to do more than bolt-ons. Just get a used MAC/BBK/K&N CAI or get one off Ebay or something. Also, someone who doesn't know the difference might think a stock-ish V6 is a V8, but anyone who knows...

    Which stage?

You're definitely going to want to install the heads/cam at the same time. To really see big gains from either, you'll want them working together. So, a cam that works with the stock heads well, is going to be crappy on well-ported heads. Plus, no reason to take the whole engine apart twice...

    Muffler and Springs???

Personally, I'd say at least look into using take-off exhaust from a GT/Mach/Non-IRS Cobra. Most of the "High Performance" exhaust systems that I've heard on V6's sound REALLY raspy/ricey in the upper RPM's. Exhaust Clip w/ Cobra Take-offs No be clear, that car has more than just...

BULL **** POSSIBLY FROM TOWN FAIR TIRE???

The only thing I can think that the tech might be referring to is aftermarket Caster/Camber plates. If your stock plates don't offer enough adjustment to get the suspension within the correct specs, then you'll need aftermarket plates that allow greater range of adjustment. The other thing that...

    replacing water pump tonight, help

Yeah, that thing is a huge pain in the neck to get off  BTW, careful with the water pump. I went to reinstall my stock one after a cam swap, and even using the Ford torque specs and a torque wrench, it cracked in several places.

I agree... I think they look pretty dang good on there. Looking good... I'm pretty sure there's an orange Fox with the shaker, flat black spoiler, Mach 1 emblems, etc, already though.

    Super Six power packs

Sounds like you're headed in the right direction. Just do a lot of research to determine the best route. If your goal is to make the same powre as a 94-98 GT, you can DEFINITELY accomplish that. My car makes in the range of what a 99-04 GT makes (depending if it's auto or manual) and makes...

Man, all those pristine Foxes, a '95R and a Rambler Scrambler  Awesome collection... really unique as well. I mean, seriously, how many people with massive car collections collect low-mile Capri's, Foxes, and an AMC? Unbelievable collection :nice:
