    If you have fluid near #5 then you may have a cracked intake. Misfires should be triggering CEL lights.

    Mod heads have followers not rocker arms. They also have hydraulic lifters(lash adjuster), did you soak them in oil before installing them? They are probably collapsed causing the looseness. Prime the engine before starting it and then check to see if they are loose...

    P0316 Engine Misfire Detected on Startup (First 1000 Revolutions) OBD-II Trouble Code: P0301 Cylinder 1 One Misfire Detected Those two codes could be a multitude of issues. I'd start off with new gas, plugs, could be TPS... I'd change your title, it reads as if the bama tuner is causing the codes.
