    Mod engines are notorious for having slow rev downs. I guess the tuner would set your mind at ease for knowing that its actually tuned and leaning up the mixture a bit could possibly net you a few ponies.

    Describe the noise you are hearing. If the lifter isnt getting oil and its not functioning correctly causing the cam follower to "bang" into it, seafoam wont do a thing.
