There are plenty cranks you can get. Eagles makes a crank that you can take to zero without adding heavy metal to it.
For starters, you shouldnt be wearing one on the street, unless you have a roll bar. If you dont and your car rolls over, you have no mobility whatsoever.....
I had the same problem with the FMS and the 6al. Makes your hand stand up some....
I run the Trick Flows now. Look near identical the the Taylor 409s, but only run around 60 bucks, i think.

yes, use a drill and turn the oil pump with an old distributor or shaft if you have one. Itll pump the lifters. That should be done regardless, assuming that youve got a new motor
SInce it appears your heads have been cut a pretty good amount, your going to need an adjustable pushrod to see how big exactly you'll need them to be. The heads wont move that much air unless your cam and intake can support it.
