    adding an extra clutch is a common mod. to standard procedure. just do a search. when i did mine, i put an extra one in. i had heard you may have a bit of chatter at low speed turns, but have not experienced this yet.

    have you checked your timing yourself? i also think you should get your car up to operating temp, dump the codes then post them ALL, it will be a lot easier to try to get this figured out. also, you said you cleaned your egr, but have you checked to see if it holds vacuum like it should? mine...

    what's your timing at? it seems a little weird that those are your only codes.... symptoms sound a lot like the ones i had when my EGR valve went bad though...

    well while working as a welder, i have seen metal sweat. in order to get a good weld, you have to preheat cold pipe in order to sweat the water out. and i have first hand seen A LOT of water come out of pipe that looks and feels dry to the touch. it will actually drip off the pipe sometimes.

    codes. did you change anything with the tps or iac? could be a lot of things. dump the codes.

    well i've got 245's on the front, on cobra r's with no problems.... but i think pre-91's had more clearance issues due to a slightly different fender style??? not too sure about that though...

    careful what you say.... yes they will ban you if you go too far. you don't argue with mods, if they close a thread, just let it die. and they can ban your ip address so you can't join with a different name by the way.... just a heads up.
