    Get a Trick Flow Stage 1. It's more agressive than an E-303 cam and it's more EFI friendly. I had one and it was a great cam.

    I'm following these headers for sale. They are Ford Racing, but the seller doesn't know how old they are. They look like the same style as the new, GT40P compatible ones, but it's hard to tell. What do you think?

    Mine has the same stuff. It's not oil, but it looks like oil. Run a water hose through it? :shrug:

    Well, the pro to the hypereutic is obviously the cost. That's the only advantage that I know of. Cons? Won't stand up to boost or nitrous like a forged set-up will. However, if you are building a mild motor and have no plans to run boost or spray, you should be fine with the hypereutics.

    Remember that the coating on MAC never lasts very long, especially when scratched. I've always had fitment issues with MAC, both on longtubes and shorties.

    I used Duplicolor Vinyl spray. I believe the spray from www.50resto.com is basically the same stuff, paint. Prep is the key. I'm happy with my black interior. Make sure you let it dry for a good 24 hours before handling it alot.

    You don't have to drop the heater box. It's a pain, but you can get your arm up to the grommet. Poke a hole in the gromet with a knife or coat hanger and run the wires inside from the engine bay, then reach up and pull them down.

    You can get a good Cloyes double roller chain from O'Reilly's for around 50-60. You can get stock pushrods at any autoparts store, or order hardened ones from Summit or Jegs.

    Engine rebuild. Can I reuse hyd lifters?

    Most people get away with reusing them. How many miles on the car? If you are going to store them, store them in a tupperware container filled with oil.
