The Guide to the "Ultimate Rice"

Aka, my cousin and his 91 Civic DX. Swapped a 93 Integra engine into it with a header and 2.5" exhaust. The outside of the car looked like a piece of s*** though. THe only way you could really tell anything had been done was the slight hum of his exhaust and the stock 14"s that he installed...

The Guide to the "Ultimate Rice"

I'm sick of seeing everyone around here (my area, not StangNet :p ) thinking they are so fast with these imports around here. I mean, I drive a 2.3 N/A that has a slightly better filter component, I KNOW I'M SLOW, and don't race often unless among friends. But, after long hard study, I've...

    pcv

Hey, a PCV question. I checked mine the other day and it was in pretty bad shape, so I went up to the auto parts store and all they sell are these stupid Purolator things that are bent into a 90 degree angle and have that little cap off section on them and I told the guy "That looks nothing...

    Help

First, the problem. I came to a stop light today, taking a right turn, I pressed on the gas and the car kinda jolted, which it normally doesn't do, so I cruise up to about 50 mph in OD down the street and the car (It's an automatic) won't shift out of third gear, felt like the OD wouldn't let...

    N/A for now...

Hmmm...decisions...probably just go with a single 2.5" into a Flowmaster.

    N/A for now...

Okay...I'm going to keep my car N/A, it's decided. The first thing I want to do is beef up the exhaust since airflow is key. I've read the tech articles (most of them) and I know that the Ranger header is going to be my header of choice. I've read 140cilx' article on how to remove the EGR. So...

    Would this intake work?

I took my intake offa a 91 Civic DX, and it worked  Anything will work with a little fabrication, and I got all that for free.

    Remember When?

I remember my first tune up on my old 1990 Nissan Sentra, the "hand-me-down" if you will, which ended up with me putting the distributor cap on backwards and a weird incident of rotating the crankshaft/camshaft (I dont remember which and cant find the paperwork for the shop :D) 180 degrees...
