    Big difference actually. About 175 for Cobra a-arms versus about 78 for the ball joints from Ford. I wish it wasn't much at all :(

    BTW Killy, where you the one that posted the how-to thread on replacing ball joints or tie-rod ends or was it someone else? That would be really helpful. It just seems as if taking the ball joint out and pressing it back in is going to be a huge PITA

    Thanks to the both of you for your input. Just ordered new ball joints and tie-rod ends from Randy Stitchcomb and ordering new tires next week. :nice: We'll see where this goes and i'll keep you guys updated.

    For your sake, i hope its just a heat shield on a cat or the cat itself and not anything engine related. Rules out the transmission since it does it in neutral, but i dunno. Clutches can chatter alot and i would start with the cheapest alternatives first and work your way up trying to eliminate...
