    Bought another Cobra II

Is the body in good condition? I think I mentioned before looking under the car at the inside of the rocker panels. Also look at where the unibody fits together. If it's starting to go the seams will have started to expand from rust. Look inside the rear fender wells, another starting place...

    Now this is just crazy...

Look at the bidders, er bidder. I'll bet either the bidder is a moron, note no feedback, or the bidder and seller are the same person.

    Bought another Cobra II

You'll also need a matching harmonic balancer for the front of the crank. The improper imbalance has probably created greater than acceptable clearances between the crank and the main bearings....leading to lower oil pressures and eventual short block failure. You can drop the rack and...

    Bought another Cobra II

If it's a wrong balance, it will be noticeable all the time, not every 5-10 seconds. Sounds like some problem with the fuel or ignition.

    Headers!!!!

I guess someone should give him the model number for the Hookers - 6120. About $300 per set, but excellent fit and do clear the T-5 without modifications if you use the Mustang II bell and the T-5 with the longer input shaft.

    Pics?

I happened by and have a basic shot of my Cobra with the hood down. Hope this gives you enough of an idea. Not a real close shot. There are some more images on the MustangII.org site. If you want to try is let me know, probably should email me at [email protected] since I don't stop by...

    any road racers

I checked the forum and saw the thread on autocrossing..... Brian, yep the yellow monster had aluminum sway bar mounts, heim joint end links. I don't know if Dan put on my A-arm connection points which were steel with nylon bushings. Then more so than now you had to make your own parts. A...
