    code P0302...can't figure it out

yeah, that probably what I'll end up doing if my friend can't come by...... If it is, where would be the best place to buy just one?? Do they sell them at adavnced auto, Or do I need to go to FORD for one. I would need it the same day since it is my daily driver, and I don't like to drive it...

    I know I'm beating a dead horse........

Haha!! Yeah it is Huge!!!! But I think it gives it a crazy evil look that I like. Especially on a black car. Plus when I get a KenneBell Blowzilla (some time this century) it will fit under the hood with no problem. I might have some extra room to keep things that won't fit in my car......like...

    I know I'm beating a dead horse........

Update: I found a guy local who has a 6" keanen hood for sale for 300.00. I added up the cost it would be for me to drive to Sarasota (where the meet is at) the cost to get in, the cost for the swap meet, and the hood itself. For the money I'm going to go with the 6"hood that the local guy has...

    code P0302...can't figure it out

The last few days here in FL, we've gotten some rain. For some reason, when it rains, I get alittle water under my spark plugs/cop. I clean it out replace the plugs and usually it works again. But last night on my way home from work, it started to get stuttery, and shoddy, like I had water under...

    I know I'm beating a dead horse........

Damn......well then. I like the looks of the tall cowl hood IMAO, and I still want one, but maybe I will wait a bit, and head down to Bradenton speedway. Joshjwc9, thanks for the heads up, and thank you TrueBlue03 for making it so "cut and dry". I did check around at a few places, the corral for...

    I know I'm beating a dead horse........

well, the original hood on my mustang has been through alot. It came unlatched one day while my dad was barrowing it and had to replace the brackets, I put hood pins on it since the latch that came on the car is FUBAR'ed too, and the paint is in poor quality since a friend of mine wrote crap on...

    I know I'm beating a dead horse........

I need to get a new hood. I don't have alot of money to throw around, and I've been looking at Champion Fiberglass as a possible company to buy from. I sent an email to them today seeing if they had a 3-5" cowl hood for the 99-04 mustangs. Whithin about a 1/2 hour I got a responce back saying...

    c5 vette!

A buddy of mine had a 04 zo6, which until he drove into an iron fence was one of the best cars to ever drive in. He got an 03 50th anniversary z06 after the wrecked one, and I've been impressed with it everytime I run him, and/or ride in it. Dollar for dollar it is better than any performance...

Those who have bfg T/A kdw 2's

The first time I got those tires it was a set (275/40/17's) for the rear, I bought (used with about 80% tread on them) for 80.00 mounted and balanced from a local shop. They were on for a good 10k-12k miles ( I drive a bit, but It took all my self control not to turn them into white smoke) I was...

    Differences in 99-04 engines

The 99-mid01' stangs used a windsor block platform, whereas afterwards ford used the romeo block.. not really any differenct in H.P. or reliability for the most part(minus the plastic intake... side note: My 00' gt still has the palstic intake and no problems from me so far.....crossing fingers)...

    Weird misfire problem.

I would just replace the plugs for like 25.00, you can possibly fix the problem. I'm about 95% positive that is the problem, because you said you cleaned everything, and it was alittle better. I would say what you did is like using J.B. weld on a 99 gt intake manifold. it might work for a while...

    Exhaust for a Mach1

I would check with your local emssion enforcment places... maybe a muffler shop would be able to tell you too. It's hard to say since i'm in FL and we don't have any of that B.S. about emission controls around here. you can look in my sig to see what I have done, and I love it. I have some borla...

    Headlights

If there faded, a friend of mine who works for a chevy dealership told me to use the finest sandpaper you can with some water to go over the faded(almost craked) headlights, then once you finish that, use a little car wax and a buffer, but not too mush cause you don't want to melt the plastic...

Modified 99'Taurus SHO Vs. Modified 00' Mustang GT

 I like your way of thinking...... Maybe I'll ask him to bring her, and after I win I'll PIITB because he'll still be trying to finish the race.
