    Eibach Shocks & Struts

Not usually. Did you get an alignment when you lowered it? If not I would have it done asap. If they can't get your car aligned, which should be unlikely, you could always buy some caster/camber plates for increased adjustment, and it'll strengthen the mount. There's a like for the Steedas, but...

    My V6 Mustang Future mods

Skip the TB spacer....that's a mod that doesn't have results, and it'll save you some bucks too. Try to find a tuner and CAI packaged together - bamachips, brenspeed, etc. Pypes is alright (loud), they're good for the dual kit, otherwise you can always go to an exhaust shop and pick out what you...

V6 Erratic Fuel Gauge, any advice?

Unfortunately, with ethanol being blended into today's gas....there's little that can be done other than asking if the replacement pump or sensor is compatible with ethanol blended gasoline. Also not letting your tank go below half will help prevent some of these erratic problems due to...

Any advice for which clutch I should get for my 06 Mustang V6?

Copied myself from a previous post. If you're not making much more horsepower, I'd stick with a clutch that has a stock-like pedal feel. A SPEC Stage 1 should be just fine. SPEC Stage 1 Clutch (05-10 V6) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping! Depending on the year, you may need a new...

    05-09 faster then a H/C/I 5.0?

Owning one doesn't always amount to everything. Thank god we have all-knowing people like you who know everything to keep us in line. Next time try explaining yourself a little better the first time....or at all for that matter. Thanks! That's actually helpful! I wonder why all the previous...

    05-09 faster then a H/C/I 5.0?

I've heard the GT hatch and verts were the heaviest, but I haven't seen them that high before. Interesting...

    05-09 faster then a H/C/I 5.0?

Seeing as how your comebacks are so darn convincing....ah, what the hell....care to elaborate just a bit more for me? Am I missing something here? I know the GT verts towards the end of the fox were the heaviest.......This was just a quick google search but, maybe I'm wrong...All the sites come...

    05-09 faster then a H/C/I 5.0?

1990 GT weighs about 2800ish with 300 rwhp 2005 GT weighs about 3500ish with 280 rwhp That's a 700lb difference. Older fox bodies can't compare with ride quality or finish though, stock for stock.

    Skip shift eliminator

Ford doesn't utilize the CAGS or skip shift, so you won't find any deletes for it. That wouldn't be the problem for your shifting issue.

    Again with the grille....

So, I posted a thread a while back about how to replace my grille.... http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/786491-front-grille-replacement.html Forgot to post back that the install went better than I had thought it was going to be. Well, I hit again. Bad luck, no luck, whatever. Screwed...

    Idiotic question (fuel door release)

Regular (87) is the what is recommended. Unless you have a tune to take advantage of the increased octane, it won't do you any good.

    2011 Mustang Leaked !!!

So, to make sure I'm on the same page here, the supposedly new 5.0L that's going into the 2011-ish mustang is based on the 5.0 32valve coyote motor right? The cammer motor? If that's the case, that puppy weights in at about 534lbs dressed. To the current 4.6L's 435lbs. I can understand...

    Bought a car/need gofast help

Just as a future reference, Dallas Mustang has done 3 gear swaps between me and my dad and they are perfect - zero gear whine. Can't remember what I paid, but I think it was in the 300-400 neighborhood at the time. Get everything done at once. It's going to give you a major kick in the pants...

    swapping 07 v6 to a v8

This question pops up every once in a while. I should permanently copy my response to my desktop to save time, next time. :D It can, but it's not worth it at all. The last time it was just a motor swap, would be the fox bodies. Buy the essentials with the EEC and you can go. Still doesn't...

    swapping 07 v6 to a v8

LOLOLOL :rlaugh: :rlaugh: :rlaugh: It's people (and attitudes) like yours that keeps me posting in threads like this. I have a classic, and have done an engine swap (302 to 351). I know what is involved. I've also researched what's involved on newer mustangs (01-up). It is not worth it. I...

    Induction Sound Tube

Not really. Audi's and VW's used this same idea as well, because their interior is so quiet, I forget what they call it now......ah yes, it's called an intake noise tube. I hope ya'll were joking It's from the intake. Not the exhaust. So no exhaust gas, and no death.

    Freak'n Craigslist scammers

Put it on autotraderclassics.com. More serious people over there than the general trash flea markets (ebay, craigslist). I don't think you can list a classic car on autotrader....

    2010 Camaro

3 free hits a year without effecting your score. Each one after that drops it 1 point, and you get those back after the fiscal year. Not a big deal if you have a great credit score and don't shop for cars often. I had a chance to go sit in a new camaro this weekend at a dealer lot while...
