Thanks for the replies. I might stop by the local muffler shop and see how much they would charge to swap out the pipes with a larger diameter pipe keeping the Borla’s, I think that will be cheaper than buying the Borla cat back system at $600+.
I currently have Borla Mufflers welded in on my exhaust system. Would I gain much going with a true cat back system? I like the sound Borla's have but I dont care to put out the big bucks for a cat back system from them.
Does anyone know where I can get the 1998 Ford Mustang Service Manual on CD? I found on on ebay but the auction doesnt end till Friday and then it will take another 3 or 4 days to ship :bang:. If possable I would like to buy it local (In Dallas TX).
Thanks
I need some input on what mod I should do next (see sig for details). The only thing that's out would be gears (I drive 75 miles a day). I would like to work on the handling something to help in the corners. Got any ideas?
Thanks
I agree 100% if you have the money go with Bassani. Mine has been installed for 6 month and I wish I had bought it sooner, love the sound and the extra horse power.
I bought my bassani X with cats used and found out later that it was originally an off road pipe and the original owner had high flow cats welded in, so far no problems with the pipe.
So I take my GT to AutoZone to get them to dump the code. They tell me that the P1443 is like the catch all error it could be anything from a loose gas cap to a leaking hose. :bang: Anyone else have this error before?
