    Hey guys, I'm installing the MWG shifter, and I'm having problems getting the center console out. The video makes it look incredibly easy, but it's not working out so well when I try it :bang: Any advice?

    Gas Prices Going Crazy---Running on Regular?

    I drive a 2010 and have yet to use premium. :shrug: I'm in stop and go Miami traffic all the time and don't see a need to waste good gas sitting and idling. Plus, the way I drive on the open road, I'm gonna get crappy mileage no matter what I use. :D

    I had a 01GT that had about 115k miles on it. I was constantly having little mechanical problems. No major problems at all, but the cost of keeping her running was starting to add up. Just saying.

    I'm curious why it's bad to let the tank get down to empty. I used to run my '01 to about a 1/2 gallon all the time without any problems.

    It's hard to say. It kinda depends on what you want out of your car and how much money you want to spend. I'd personally deal with tires last or when they need to actually be changed. I'd do shifter, pullies, gears, but that's just my opinion.

    Also you'll want to get 4 bolt caster camber plates with your lowering springs and other suspension goodies. I'd get pullies as well. Look at longtubes, a mid-pipe, like an X pipe or Mac Prochambers. It all gives you a nice base to work with. Also you didn't mention if you have a short...

    Wait wait wait, aren't you wanting to do a V6 engine swap? To the 3.7, right? Why would you start adding aftermarket parts to the 4.0 if you're just gonna swap engines? Save the money for that. You're gonna need it. You really need a set plan before you start spending money...

    It's a personal choice, but me, no way! I ran prochambers and magnapacks for 7 years on my '01 and the sound was incredible (no rust, either). The X pipes make the SN95s way too raspy, IMO.

    Should have attached a Mac Prochamber to those 'packs. I had that combo on my '01 GT and it sounded AMAZING. I got constant complements on it.
