94 Cobra ECU for Mass Air Conversion???

Would it be okay to use the ECU from a 94 cobra as part of my mass air conversion? I know I would have to use 24lb. injectors, but is there any other reasons why this wouldn't work? The car I may get it from also has ABS, would this cause a problem?

    A/C and smog delete question.

50resto also has an "off-road accessory drive kit" that has the same A/C delete kit, ud pulleys and the correct length belt for eliminating the smog pump for $124. That's what I'm going with. http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/iwwida.pvx?;item?item_no=LRS-3511K%20%20%20%20%20%201&comp=LRS
