    I have my old oil-pump shft here and the clip is about 1 .5 inches from dizzy end.So this is makeing me think some moron put it in upside down

    You should see that round washer looking clip.

    Shine a light down in there and see if it has the round clip up near the top.And the oil pump side is flat.The dist.side is rounded off.When I changed my oil-pump and shaft I had the same problem.After I worked the dist back and forth it went down so I could tighten hold down bolt.

    They are expensive!!!I bought a drain plug same size as front plug near sway bar and tossed that sensor.If you snip the wire and tape.I figure MOST stangers are always aware of oil in there stangs.However I can see where some folks will pay to replace your choice!!!

    I tried the wiper motor red wire power source.The fan would kick on/off in 1-2 sec spurts.So I went to the under hood dome light but the fan kicks on when its not needed.

    Permanent black marker cap is perfect size it screws in!!!!Sounds stupid huh???air tight fit hard plastic.the rim is to big to screw all the way in.
