    did you change it due to low oil pressure or was there no oil pressure before you changed it? there could be bearing damage also did you check to see if the pickup screen was not clogged? first things first, hook up a mechanical gauge to make sure that your oil pressure is in fact low

    I think it will be fine, i have seen many renegade cars set up this way i'm not sucking any oil as with boost i don't want to plum the pcv to the TB, under hard accel it will pump boost into the crank case and or just slam the pcv shut

    are you sure it is the blower oil leaking out? or is it motor oil? if you have bad engine blow by oil can work its way into the intake and then the bypass valve will blow it into the inlet of the charger

    10w-30 or 10w-40 cheapo motor oil is what i would use for the first 500miles because you should change it a few times in this period i wouldn't run synthetic until you have broken the engine in and taken it to red line a few times with someone behind you to see if there is any blue smoke or not

    i would double check all the grounds, there is an orange one on a harness that runs along the passenger side of the engine, if you leave that off the tps voltage will be way out have you tried to pull any codes out of the computer?
