    maybe a different color would change your outlook. Maybe a flat blue with black flares and lower rockers.I would get rid of the lower rocker molding. they look out of place and throw off the custom theme. but hey, to each his own!

    hope this works. finding the real problem instead of shotgunning parts is the way to go. was it no/poor airflow that pointed you to the clutch? the shroud does help. a 10 -20 drop from the shroud wouldn't be unreasonable.

    go to a big auto swap meet. you'll have vendors there selling everything. and most likely, they'll have their shop w/in 50 miles of the meet. for an 8" posi, aftermarket, you're limited to 3.00 or 3.55 maybe a 4.10. w/o some overdrive, 3.55 is turning some rpms at 65

    are you sure you put the thermostat in the right way? easy check as said earlier, did you also check rad? Looks stock. Make sure you're pulling air thru the radiator. the shroud will help with that. but even w/o one it should still pull air thru it.

    you can turn the distributor 180* I read your post wrong there. I thought you had run out of space to advance. I would recheck the points. they are a pain. By the way, like the ride!

    i was going to do a custom headliner when I was redoing my 67. the problem was that alot of the custom headliners weren't that good. the radius turns in the corners weren't smooth. this was on of my main concerns. I would have had to pay too much for a quality custom headliner. to get it done...
