    at one point i was thinking about trying to shoehorn a mildly built d16yz into a cvcc. but i couldnt find cvcc to do that to. or another idea i wanted to try was a wrx sti motor into a brat. but ive never seen the space under the hood of a brat to even know if that would even work.

    im a huge rx7 fan. my first car was a 89 tII it was fund but spendy thats why i got my 5.0 casue it was cheaper in the long run. and i figure why not combine two things i like together. cant beat a 14 sec car for around 2 grand

    that sounds like something fun to crash with my next planned daily driver. a first gen rx7 with a mild 302 and a t-5. its almost a direct swap into the rx7s and www.grannysspeedshop.com sells a pretty much complete swap for 900$ all you need to supply is the motor and trans wich i already have.

    Get rich quick - update (I got screwed)

    man thats a bunch of bs i got in a wreck on the freeway going about 45-50 when a car infront of me supn out i started breaking and hit a pool of standing water and slid 300 feet into his car and nethier him or I were injured from it. if shes "hurt" from that then i should of died in my wreck.

    anyone running a dss shortblock? hows the build quailty what kind of numbers are you putting through it. i need a good bottom end for my stang im open to other sugestions too

    general help with carbs

    so are you asking what size carb you should run? you really shouldnt need anything bigger then a 650cfm carb for that size of a motor. youll just have to fine tune the jetting to get it to run in its sweet spot for your combo
