    I'm planning on using Por-15 on my cowl area. Everybody I've seen use it looks great. But I have never seen the rust before the process begins. Does what I have look treatable or is this going to be a big job of sheet metal replacement. I haven't found any areas rusted through.

    I purchased the parts needed. Thanks for the help. I would rather not remove the fender or my apartment complex will put a tow sticker on my car. With the dremel method I guess you mean cut the old ones off, install the new ones. But it still looks like I would still have to take the fender...

    The Ranger is a 2.4 four banger with a 5 speed. It is a regular cab and I've clocked as much as 32 on the hwy in it. When I first got it, it was about 28-29 mpg on the highway, I guess they get better with age. I go to college so I drive 60 miles on Sunday to get here and 60 miles back on...

    Why would he go from a 97 5.7 tahoe to the exact same thing with a bed? I think he means gas is killing him. I love my 2000 Ranger, we got it for 11,000 new. A srt would be more fun though. I only put $20 a week in it now.

    I know a better idea. Use less gas. Legitmately use less gas. I am down to $20 a week and that's with a 120 mile round trip thrown in every week. His idea tries to make gas "worthless" when you should be trying to make gas "worth less."

    Last night I got hammered, and wound up dancing in a bar. I'm sure I embarassed myself to no end, but I guess it was fun. It's weird to just remember people standing around you watching you make an a$$ of yourself. No one yelled stop.
