    Eagle rods Bushed vs pressed

Naw. Bushed, floating rods are fine. Don't be afraid to use them. They will hold up fine and (may) even give you a bit more power do to less bind/drag/friction. Most racers use floating pistons. They work fine on the street, too.

    cleaning roller lifters ?

It won't hurt them . Just be sure to dry them well with compressed air and then immediately put them in a can of motor oil and let them soak for a while. Don't let them set with no oil on them or they will rust very quickly.

Who makes a better Drag Slick?? Hoosier or M/T?

I have run both M/T and Hoosier. I like them both and I think they are both good tires. You won't go wrong with either one. Usually a drag slick will 60' just a tad better than a dot slick. It is really dependant on your setup.

    Minitub ?'s

My '70 mustang has 28"x10" tires on it. They are close to the springs on the inside and even with the fender on the out side. Any bigger and they would stick out or hit the springs. The wheel wells are not a clearance problem. The wheel well openings will hit in the front of the well if I go...
