    Tylers turbo vert sounds good above 4,500 RPM. he has a custom 3" exhaust. Low in the rev range though, it sounds like a Powerstroke diesel. :rlaugh: I have the exhaust cut off right after the cat in my '89, and that is way loud. It sounds good at idle, but it sounds like a damn cannon...

    replacing window?

    It's not that hard if you have crank windows...just have to remove the door panel to get access to it. Now if you hadn't of been fighting you wouldn't have this problem. :nice: Glass might be expensive though.

    You actually have to make alot more changes if your going from 4 cylinder to V8 than if you go from 4 cylinder to turbo 4 cylinder.

    The best 60' miles cut with that red neon was a 2.2...which is actually damn good for that car. Third gear is where it's at in that car. It's a monster on top end.

    Count me in for Sumerduck on the 8th. If all goes well I'll actually take my '89 2.3 and run it there, just for fun. The exhaust is cut off right after the cat, LOL. :D
