Can someone explain/verify this for me?

Not all. My 08 GT is red in the trunk.

I also have the WMS CAI. I like it. I get a lot of nice comments about how it looks. The instructions were very good and the kit cam with every thing needed. No complaints at all. It made sense not to have the air go around a bend, so the straight shot seems to make sense. And with the...

A tow hitch on a Stang. How Weird. Although I did see on a highway actually towing a small trailer. So at least one other Stang has one.

You can buy that are advertised as MAF cleaner at a Auto Parts store. There are other products that will work all. You can do a search for them.

    Lowering opinions

Not always true, depends on how much you lower the car. I have the Steeda UltraLites and managed to align the wheels without them, but every car is different. But any serious droppage would need either one or the other.

Dyno Tune vs. Bamachips 91 Race

I would agree with that. Mail order tunes will get you into the ball park, but a good dyno tune will definitely be an improvement. I had a Brentspeed 93 octane which was nice, but on my car the A/F mixture was way too lean. Even after getting a modified tune it was still high. My dyno tune...

What do you think of this custom stripe for my Saleen?

Definitely not #2. 5 or 6 is what I would say, with maybe 6 being the one.

4.10 gears too much for all season tires?

I have 4.10s on a 365x24x7 daily driver. Sun, rain, and snow on OEM 18in tires. Not a problem.

    Western Motorsports

Like kooldawg, I also have a WMS CAI. I like it a lot and had a good service response where hard rubber throttle body connector cracked. However, I'm not convinced about the statements as to the the fog lights restricting overall air into the ram air box or anything else like that. If I had...

    helping 0-60 auto time w gears/CAI/tune

I have a 08 Vert with CAI and dyno tune with 4.10s. My best time for 60ft was 1.94 on stock 18in wheels/tires. Quickest down the 1/4 mile was 13.21sec. Never ran her on the track without the 4.10s so I can't say how much it helped. But the dyno tune definitely helped a bunch. So kooldawg...

    SCT tune/dyno shop question

I had a Brentspeed 93 octane tune. It was ok. I went to a dyno pull that the Mustang Club I belong to put together and my A/F ratio was in 14s. So high that they would not pull it the third time. I asked Brentspeed for a revised tune and that brought it down to the mid 13s. No problem with...

Before the SC, I would upgrade the suspension. With the extra power from a SC, you definitely want to get it to the road and have the car handle with it.

GTA axle back mufflers good choice?

I also have GTAs. Like some of the other posters, I wanted something just a little bit louder. I am happy with mine, they sound good and no drone. And I can also confirm that they are not the stock GT mufflers, although they look pretty much the same, with the exception of the tips. Of...

I can't help with the holes in your bumper. But my sales guy was quite nice and without me asking had them not put on the front plate or even the dealership stickers.
