    I got the car about a week ago. It happens at random times. Yesterday it was fine all day, but after letting the car sit for a while (couple of hours) it hesistated. This morning it fired right up.

    Problem starting car... I own a 2001 Bullitt and only sometimes (but enough to worry me) when I turn the key it turns over but doesn't fire. Sometimes I have to crank it twice and eventually it will start. What do you guys think?

    I could afford the car payment, but once you factor in insurance it would cut my budget much too tight. I figured I wanted to do an 8.8" swap with gears and suspension on the V6 anyways and I can build an engine over the coarse of time depending on my cash flow.

    blown v6 vs. stock srt4, will i win?

    My best advice would be to take anything you don't need out of the car (spare, subs, etc) it will put you down closer to his weight which will better your chances. Have you swapped out your rear gears and put in a rear diff yet? (didn't see it in your list of mods) That would be a BIG help.
