    Clunk noise after Cobra brake swap

    crappy autozone pads always clunked on my cobra set up. Clips or not. I replaced them with a good set of pads and problem was solved, plus no more brake dust.

    2012 5.0 with Whipple Supercharger

    I've been thinking about putting a whipple on my '12 also, but I'm not going to get the 624HP kit unless I can get the 6psi pulley (524) to reduce the boost.

    Who has an Optima battery?

    I've had an Optima red top in my 83 GT for 3 years and have never had an issue with it. I keep it on a tender about 6 months of the year though because the car is only driven about 100 miles a year.

    Are there holes, or are these emblems solely held on with two faced tape? Please if you don't know, don't speculate.

    2012 GT owners fuel cap/filler?

    I haven't looked at the Mustang, but I know the Chrysler cars (probably others) are now coming with a drain plug on the bottom of the gas tank. My wife wrecked her old Chrysler a few years back and I pulled the drain plug and drained it 5 gallons at a time into a gas can.

    2012 5.0 engine recall?

    Hell a simple intake swap and tune will net nearly 450HP on the 5.0. That's Terminator with a pulley territory. Terminators are fun, and I love them but there is no comparison between them and the new 5.0. Put a twin screw on the 5.0 and the Cobra don't stand a chance.
