    What exactly fails on a heater core? I just swapped mine because i broke the tube off coming out of the firewall. Your right..big Pita! So what exactly fails on them though?

    Vent Air not too warm

    Yeah, i have the same prob..have warm air, but never hot. My car has aftermarket temp guages and it varys between 170-180. Never gets over 185 though, although i never really did any stop and go traffic, but crusing on the highway, 180 is the norm.

    05 SHAKER 500 NOT WORKING !!!

    Sometimes if the CDs are in the car they get kinda fogged over and makes it hard to read if its real cold out. try wiping them off or warming them up. just a suggestion..

    yeah, i cant see why a local shop couldnt make ya that..they make custom systems, why not something simple like that!

    Any local stereo shop should be able to custom build ya a box Kris. I know Atlantic Car stereo in Halifax or Dartmouth can build them. But id try a local place first, save ya on shipping!
