    Well Shirley Looking at your sig, I may go out on a limb and say it could be the Traction Loc Clutches. That may explain some of why you hear it when you take a turn. Although, I know my NEW ones made the popping sound just until they were broken in. Just something to check.

    It'll leak everywhere so just be careful with the hose. When I pulled mine I thought I had clean fluid, and was really surprised at all of the sludge built up inside it and the rack. Felt like a million bucks after I cleaned it all out.

    crush sleeve

    I used the spacer that is available from 50Resto. Instead of the crush sleeve, you have a spacer and shims that you add or take out to get the correct preload. 2 years on mine with no problems. I recommend it to everyone. Now put the 4 foot breaker bar down, and step away from the vehicle!
